Why these sit apart from the rest of the site
Most of what we do is about one connected journey: capturing an enquiry, following it up and delivering the work. These services are not part of that story, and mixing them in makes both harder to understand.
That does not make them less important. A business with a compromised mailbox or a failed backup has a considerably more urgent problem than one losing the occasional enquiry. It just means they belong in their own place, with their own conversation.
We came from this side of the business originally, running repairs and IT support long before any of the automation work existed, so it is not a bolt-on. It is where we started.
