Published pricing, plus VAT
What it costs, written down
Organised by what you are trying to fix rather than by product category. Start at whichever door matches the problem costing you the most, and connect more when it has earned it.
From £24.99/moplus VAT. Every plan month to month, no minimum term.
Manchester based. No minimum terms except where stated, and we say where.
Why we publish prices when most of our competitors do not
You will notice that a lot of companies in this space will not tell you what anything costs until you have had a call with somebody. There is a reason for that, and it is not usually a good one.
- Hiding the price lets a supplier work out what you can afford before quoting.
- It filters out people who would have been perfectly good customers.
- It wastes your time, and ours, on conversations that were never going to work.
- It makes comparison deliberately difficult, which is the point.
- And it starts a relationship with a small act of gatekeeping.
We would rather you found out now that we are too expensive, or cheaper than you expected, and made your own decision about whether to ring.
How to read this page
The prices are grouped by the stage of the customer journey they fix. Most businesses start with one and add another six months later, which is deliberate.
Everything is plus VAT. Monthly figures are month to month with no minimum term, with one clearly marked exception: the founding website offer, which runs for twenty-four months because the build is effectively subsidised.
Setup fees cover configuration rather than software. That is the work of learning how your business runs and building it into the system, and it is the part that decides whether any of this is worth having. A cheaper setup usually means somebody handed you a login instead.
Where you see "from", the number is a genuine starting point for a straightforward version of that work rather than an optimistic figure nobody ever pays. We quote the real number after we understand the job.
Usage above your allowance, SMS costs, third-party fees and data migration are charged separately. We will always tell you before any of those happen rather than putting them on an invoice as a surprise.

Why we can say this with a straight face
How we arrived at these numbers
These prices are not the result of a positioning exercise. They come from running the same systems inside Manchester PC and knowing what each one costs us to operate and to support, plus a look at what the rest of the UK market charges for something comparable.
The AI receptionist is the clearest example. Published UK prices run from under ten pounds a month for tools that send you a transcript, up to several hundred for managed services. We sit deliberately in the middle, because the cheap end does not do the thing that matters, which is turning a call into a tracked enquiry, and the top end is priced for companies with a procurement department.
The founding prices on the assessments are lower than the work is worth, and we say so on those pages. We are early, our evidence is currently our own business rather than a portfolio of client case studies, and the price reflects that honestly. It will go up when we have proof to point at, and anybody who books at the founding price keeps it for what they booked.
We are also not the cheapest option for hosting and we will not pretend to be. Large providers win on price per gigabyte and always will. What we sell is somebody accountable who knows your setup, which is worth something or nothing depending entirely on how you value your own afternoon.
We would rather publish a number you can reject than hide one you would have accepted. Both of us have better things to do than a discovery call that was never going to work.
Read the whole storyWorking out whether any of it pays for itself
A monthly fee is easy to compare against another monthly fee and much harder to compare against doing nothing. Doing nothing is rarely free, and this is how to put a number on it.
Take whichever problem you recognise most and price it. If you miss calls, multiply your average job value by the number of calls a week you never get back to, times fifty-two, then halve it because not every caller would have booked. If quotes go quiet, count the ones from last quarter that never got a second contact and apply the same discount.
If you are drowning in admin, take the hours honestly. Count the tasks somebody repeats more than twice a week, multiply frequency by duration, and value that time at what you would pay somebody to do it. Owners routinely undervalue their own hours here, which makes the sum look better than it is.
Compare whatever you get with twelve times the monthly fee plus the setup. If it is not comfortably larger, do not buy it yet. We would rather say that on this page than have the conversation in month four.
The number people forget
Setup is a one-off and the monthly is forever, so a build that looks expensive against year one often looks very different against year three. That cuts both ways: a low monthly on something you will never use is money leaving quietly every month regardless of the setup being cheap.
The question worth asking is not what it costs but what it would take to switch it off. If you could stop paying tomorrow with no consequence, it was not doing anything.
Where the sums usually fail
Content and campaigns are the hardest to justify on a spreadsheet, because the return is slow and diffuse. If you need this quarter to look better, spend the money on capture and follow-up instead, which show up in weeks rather than quarters.
Automation fails the sum surprisingly often too. Something that irritates you daily but only takes four minutes may never repay a build, however satisfying it would be to remove.
What is not included, stated plainly
The unpleasant surprises in this industry are almost always about scope rather than price. Here is where ours ends.
Usage above your allowance
Call minutes, chat conversations and SMS all have allowances, and going over is charged separately. We monitor it and tell you before it becomes a bill you did not expect. If you are consistently over, we will suggest moving up a plan rather than quietly collecting the overage, because that is the sort of thing that ends relationships.
Data migration
Bringing records across from an existing system is always scoped on its own, because it is never as tidy as anybody hopes. Sometimes the honest recommendation is to start clean and let the old system age out, which costs nothing.
Third-party fees
Domain registration, some telephony charges and any software licences you hold directly stay yours. We are not going to mark those up and resell them to you.
Unlimited changes
The monthly fees include reasonable adjustments and support, not unlimited development. If you want a new section of a website or a new workflow built, that is a piece of work with a price. We say what "reasonable" means during onboarding rather than after a disagreement.
In practice we rarely invoice for small things. Changing a price on a page, adding a mailbox, adjusting a reminder schedule: that is what the monthly is for and counting it in six-minute units would poison the relationship for a few pounds. The line is roughly whether it is a change or a build.
Anything we have not seen yet
If your setup involves a system we do not know, an integration nobody has built before, or a regulatory requirement with real consequences, we will scope it separately and we may tell you it is outside what we can responsibly take on.
That is not a get-out clause, it is the reason the prices above can be published at all. Fixed prices only work for work whose shape is known, and pretending otherwise is how projects end badly for both sides.
Frequently asked questions
Are these prices really the prices?
Yes, for the scope described. What varies between businesses is setup complexity, and where that is genuinely different we quote it rather than pretending a fixed number covers everything. Nobody gets a different monthly figure because of how they answered a qualifying question.
Do you do discounts?
The founding prices are the discount and they are the same for everybody. We do not haggle, partly because it is unfair on the person who did not think to ask.
Can I start small and add later?
That is how most clients do it and it is what the pricing is designed for. Start with a form or a pilot, prove it earns its place, then connect more. A partial system people actually use beats a complete one they avoid.
What if I want to cancel?
Tell us. Everything except the founding website offer is month to month, and you leave with your data, your domain and your content. There is no exit fee and we will not make it awkward.
Why is setup more than the first few months of the fee?
Because the setup is the part that makes it work. Configuring your process, writing what the assistant says, building your quote stages. Software with no configuration is where small business technology goes to die, so we would rather charge properly for that and be honest about it.
Do you work with businesses outside Manchester?
Yes, across the UK. Everything here is delivered remotely apart from the parts that genuinely benefit from being in a room, and we are happy to be in a room if you are within reach.
How do you take payment?
Setup is invoiced on completion rather than up front, because we would rather be paid for something that works. Monthly fees run by standing order or direct debit from the month the service goes live, not from the day you signed. If a build overruns, you are not paying a monthly fee for something you cannot use yet.
Will the monthly price go up?
Not without telling you well in advance and explaining why. Founding clients keep their price for at least twelve months from the day they start. We would rather grow by adding customers than by quietly repricing the ones we already have, which is a tactic that works exactly once.
What happens if we grow and need more users?
Tell us and we will move you up sensibly. We are not going to charge per seat in a way that encourages your team to share a login, because shared logins break both security and reporting. If you are between tiers we would rather have a sensible conversation than apply a rule.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not in the usual sense, because everything here involves us configuring something specific to your business before it does anything at all. What we do instead is the £99 receptionist pilot and the £99 assessments, which are deliberately cheap ways to find out whether we are worth more money. That is the honest version of a trial for work that cannot be self-service.
The order most businesses buy in
There is a sensible ladder here, and it is not the order that makes us the most money soonest. It is the order that tends to work.
The first rung is almost always capture, because it is cheap and it shows up fastest. A smart form at £39 a month or a receptionist pilot at £99 will tell you within a fortnight whether you had a leak, and the answer is usually yes and larger than expected.
The second rung is follow-up. Once you can see the enquiries, the next thing you notice is how many of them stall. That is where the lead follow-up plan earns its place, and it is normally the single highest-return thing on this page.
The third rung is delivery. This is where quote and job management belongs, and it is deliberately further up because it costs more and takes longer to build. It also only makes sense once you are winning enough work for the delivery to be the constraint.
Foundations and automation sit alongside rather than after. Hosting is often the first thing a business buys from us simply because it is due for renewal somewhere else, and it is a low-risk way to find out whether we are any good to deal with before spending real money.
Content and campaigns come last for most people, and that is the right order. There is no point bringing more traffic to a business that is already losing the enquiries it has.
