Lead Leak Assessment
Find out what you are losing before you buy anything
We measure one real week of your incoming calls and enquiries, using your own numbers rather than industry averages, and show you exactly where the work is slipping away. If the answer is "very little", we will say so.
The leak nobody can see
We found ours by accident. We rang every open quote on our books one afternoon, nineteen of them, work people had actually asked us to price. Not one turned into a job.
- No invoice records a call that rang out.
- Nothing in the accounts is labelled "quotes nobody chased".
- The busier you are, the worse it gets, and the less time you have to notice.
- Most owners are certain it is small. Most owners have never measured it.
You cannot fix a leak you cannot see, and you should not buy a solution before you know the size of the problem.
Three steps, no jargon
- 01
We watch one real week
Calls, web enquiries, emails, whatever route work reaches you by. A normal week, not a showcase one. Nothing changes in how you operate.
- 02
We measure it properly
How many enquiries arrived, how many were answered first time, how long replies took, and how many went quiet. Then we apply your own job values, not a national average.
- 03
You get the report
A written breakdown of what leaked, what it is worth in a year, and the three things we would fix first. It is yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
A rough version, before you spend anything
The assessment does this properly with your real data. This is the back-of-an-envelope version, so you can decide whether the full measurement is worth £99.
Potentially lost, per year
£23,400
Assumes every one of those callers would have booked, which they would not. Halve it and it is still probably worth a fifteen-minute call.
What you get for £99
One assessment, one price, no upsell in the room. The report is the product.
Lead Leak Assessment
£99/month
One off. Deducted from your setup if you go ahead with anything.
Any service business that suspects it is losing work it never sees
- One real week of calls and enquiries measured
- Answered, missed and abandoned, counted properly
- Response times across every channel you use
- Your own job values applied, not industry averages
- The annual cost of the leak, shown as a calculation you can check
- The three fixes we would do first, in order
- A written report that is yours to keep
Questions people actually ask
What do you actually need from me?
Access to the numbers: your call records, your enquiry inbox or form, and a rough figure for what an average job is worth. Roughly half an hour of your time at the start and half an hour at the end.
Is this just a sales pitch with a price on it?
No, and the report is written so it works without us. If the honest finding is that you are not losing much, we will tell you and the assessment ends there. We would rather lose a sale than sell a fix for a problem you do not have.
Why charge at all?
Because free audits are usually sales calls wearing a costume, and because paying a small amount means you get a real piece of work rather than a pitch. The £99 also comes back off your setup if you go ahead.
How is this different from the AI Opportunity Assessment?
This one is narrow and about one question: what are you losing at the point of enquiry. The AI Opportunity Assessment is the whole-business version, looking at where AI fits across everything you do. Start here if the phone is your worry.
How long does it take?
A week of measuring, then a few days to write it up. You get the report and a call to walk through it, and there is no obligation at the end of that call.
What if I already know I am missing calls?
Then the useful part is the number, not the diagnosis. Knowing you miss calls changes nothing. Knowing it is costing £14,000 a year changes what you do on Monday.
What we promise, and what we do not
The report is yours either way
Whether you work with us afterwards or never speak to us again, the written findings are yours to keep and act on.
The £99 comes off your setup
If you do go ahead with anything, the assessment fee is deducted. You are not paying twice to find and fix the same problem.
We will tell you if it is not worth fixing
A finding of "your leak is small, spend the money elsewhere" is a perfectly good outcome and we have delivered it.
No lock-in, ever
Nothing here commits you to anything. There is no contract attached to the assessment and none attached to what comes after it.
We do not promise a number of jobs, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Everything above is a commitment we can actually keep.
Measure it before you fix it
One week, your own numbers, £99, and a report you keep. If it turns out you are not losing much, that is worth knowing too.
