Really great service for an authorised BeQuietrepair centre. My BeQuiet PSU stopped working, as a self employed person, not having a computer means i'm unable to work. Manchester PC were able to really quickly arrange for this to be collected, and less then 2 days later I had a brand new replacement. I don't expect to have any further issues with BeQuiet products, but if I did, am now super confident these would be resolved super quickly.

Had a BeQuiet PSU that became faulty, contacted support and they hastily responded for the unit to be sent in, they identified an issue the same day they received it and even sent out a new unit to replace it which arrived the day after. The communication with them was great. The new unit was even an upgrade compared to the previous model I originally had, which is much appreciated. Thanks to the team for sorting this out fast and professionally.
