01 About Us
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at manchester-pc.co.uk/shop and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Manchester PC Services LTD is a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Cariocca Enterprises, 2 Sawley Road, Miles Platting, Manchester, M40 8BB. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Terms mean Manchester PC Services LTD.
02 Definitions
The following terms have these meanings throughout this document:
03 Our Contract with You
Placing an order does not constitute a contract. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
Add items to your basket and complete the checkout process.
We send an automated acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order.
We verify stock availability and process payment authorisation.
We accept your order and dispatch the goods. A contract is formed at this point.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where a Product is out of stock, mispriced, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment taken.
04 Products & Pricing
Product Information
We take care to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your Order Confirmation is issued.
Pricing errors: If we discover a significant pricing error before dispatching your order, we will contact you and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.
Availability
All Products are subject to availability. Where a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or an agreed alternative.
05 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (processed securely via Stripe)
- Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later — subject to Klarna’s own terms and eligibility)
Payment is taken at the time of checkout. We do not store full card details on our systems — all payment data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment is declined, fraudulent activity is suspected, or authorisation is withdrawn after the order is placed.
06 Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for select items — contact us for a quote.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your Order Confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Failed Delivery
- If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a card or notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to your specified address.
Ownership
Ownership of the Products transfers to you once we have received full payment, even if delivery has already taken place.
07 Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@manchester-pc.co.uk within 14 days. You must return the goods to us within a further 14 days of notifying us. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Condition of Returned Goods
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Delivery charges are refunded only where you cancel the entire order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase
- A repair or replacement after 30 days (at our discretion, with one opportunity to repair before you can reject)
- A partial or full refund after 6 months if a repair or replacement is not possible
These statutory rights are in addition to any manufacturer warranty and are not affected by these Terms.

All Products sold by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated on the product listing. As an authorised be quiet! Service Centre and Reseller, we are able to handle warranty claims for be quiet! products directly.
