02 From Repairs to Retail
We started out fixing computers on-site, in homes, offices and the occasional café. Wherever people needed a hand, we turned up. As devices got more demanding and builds more involved, we grew alongside them: better tools, proper testing, and a lot of hands-on knowledge.
Through all of it, one lesson kept surfacing: what’s inside a machine decides everything. Performance, stability, how long it lasts and how much noise it makes all trace back to the quality of the components. That realisation is what turned us from generalists into specialists.
