1. Tell us about the device
Choose MacBook, laptop, desktop PC, mobile phone or another device, then give us the make and model, roughly how old it is, and the specification if you know it. Describe its condition honestly, including every fault and every mark or crack. If you do not know something technical, “I don’t know” is fine.
Tell us about any repairs, upgrades or replaced parts. We assess these individually: an official manufacturer repair or a properly fitted upgrade need not rule a device out, and upgraded desktops and custom builds are welcome. The device must be complete.
You also confirm that you are 18 or over and own the device (or are authorised by the business that owns it to sell it), and that you can remove any account or management locks before a sale.
Each device page explains what helps: MacBooks, laptops, desktop PCs and mobile phones.
2. Add photos and your details
Upload clear photos in good light: the whole device, the screen switched on if it works, and a close-up of any damage. Then add your name, email address and postcode. A phone number is optional.
Please do not include passwords, passcodes, recovery keys, bank details or identity documents. We do not need them to make an offer.
3. We review it and reply by email
We will review your details and reply by email. If the device is something we can use, we send you an offer, valid for seven calendar days. If it is not, we will let you know. We do not buy every device, and we cannot say what an offer will be until we have seen the details.
