Does it work? Required

Scratches, dents, cracks, what happens when you switch it on, battery life, anything that does not work. A few honest sentences help us make an offer that holds up when we check the device.

Repairs, upgrades and missing parts Required

Normal wear and cosmetic damage are fine. Tell us about any repairs, upgrades or replaced parts: we assess these individually. Devices must be complete.

Use daylight rather than a flash. Hide notifications and personal information on screen. You can cover serial numbers or the IMEI: we do not need them at this stage.

    4 Ownership and your details

    Please do not send passwords, passcodes, recovery keys, bank details or identity documents. We never need them on this form.

    We send any offer to this address.

    We collect from selected Manchester and nearby postcodes; this helps us check. Collection is only arranged after you accept an offer.
